Crimp Force Monitor

ETCO's new Crimp Force Monitor provides for 100% in process inspection of the crimping operation. The CFM 4000 utilizes the most current microprocessor technology which can detect defects such as mising wire strands, no strip, high/low insulation, stray or twisted terminals, changes to crimp height and scrap under tooling. Additional benefits include reduction in tooling wear and damage. It can be fully integrated with one or two press wire processing maching and bench press equipment.
