JOHN MACALUSO PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING FOR ETCO INCORPORATED

Warwick, RI - - - May 10, 2002 - - - ETCO Incorporated has promoted John Macaluso to Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Macaluso, who recently returned from a 5 month stay in Asia, was formerly the Corporate Marketing Manager. Prior to that he was Sales Manager for Insulated Products and before that was the Regional Sales Manager for all divisions in New York and New Jersey. Macaluso will be responsible for all corporate marketing as well as marketing for the Rhode Island divisions and the Automotive Products division located in Bradenton, Florida. John lives in Falmouth, MA and is a graduate of Rutgers University. John has been with ETCO for 11 years.
