CUSTOM LEAD FRAMES SUPPLIED LOOSE OR AS STRIP ON REELS

Custom engineered lead frames that can be manufactured from a variety of metals and supplied loose or as strip on reels for application equipment are being introduced by ETCO Incorporated of Warwick, Rhode Island.

ETCO Lead frames can be custom manufactured from a wide variety or metals including inlaid and selectively plated precious metals. Supplied loose or as strip on reels, they can range from 0.008” to 0.090” thick with ±.0005” tolerances, depending upon configuration.

Available in prototype through production quantities, ETCO Lead frames can be post plated, cleaned, and packaged to customer requirements. The firm provides engineering assistance, in-house tool design and build capabilities, and a full range of application equipment to support automation.

ETCO Lead frames are priced according to material, complexity, and quantity; with typical 2 to 4 week delivery. Literature and price quotations are available upon request.
