David Dunn, Chairman, ETCO Incorporated, is pleased to announce
the appointment of Ralph Jacques of Sarasota, Florida to the position
of Director of ETCO’s Research and Development facility in
Sarasota, Florida. Ralph was the director of manufacturing research
and his new position will encompass both product and manufacturing
research.
He succeeds Dennis Herdegen of Sarasota, Florida who has decided
to pursue a longtime desire to teach and work with young people
in the Sarasota school system. We thank Dennis for initiating ETCO’s
research efforts and setting up our fine facility in Sarasota. We
wish him well in his new endeavor.
Before transferring to Florida and ETCO Research, Ralph was tool
room supervisor at ETCO Engineered Products division in Warwick,
Rhode Island. His design capabilities and manufacturing advancements
were instrumental in bringing ETCO to its world class stamping capability.
With the competition that faces manufacturing today, ETCO management
feels the best way to maintain our edge is to develop new products
and more efficient manufacturing techniques. Incorporating these
advancements, Ralph will work closely with our Automotive Products
division in Bradenton, Florida, run by Robert Altomonte of Longboat
Key, Florida, and our Engineered Products division in Warwick, Rhode
Island, run by Stephen Segerson of Warwick, Rhode Island and John
Stiness of Barrington, Rhode Island. ETCO currently ships to customers
in the United States and 20 foreign countries.
