Capable of throughput up to 3,000 parts-per-hour, this fully programmable equipment can introduce stamped metal lead frames from a reel, press-fit them onto ceramic insulators, and attach and terminate wire leads. Designed to reduce labor and efficiently produce a finished part that has one SKU number, ETCO Custom Assembly Equipment can accommodate stampings ranging from 0.008″ to 0.90″ thick and multiple components made from ceramics and other materials. Providing application engineering assistance, the firm utilizes rapid proto-typing with 3-D solid modeling analysis.
