Custom terminals for mid-volume manufacturingETCO Custom Electric Terminals manufactured using their new RPQ (Rapid Production Quality) die are offered with stock widths up to 1.75″ and thickness up to 0.030″. Supplied loose or in strip form, they can include blades for plugs, terminals, male and female PCB connects, ring terminals, receptacles, wire splices, and related parts in 25,000 min. quantities.

Developed to fill the gap between prototype and full production quantities, ETCO Custom Electric Terminals can be made from materials such as brass, tinned brass, nickel plated steel, copper plated steel, tinned steel bearing-bronze, phosphor-bronze, and beryllium-copper, depending upon part geometry. The RPQ tooling is created utilizing wire EDM processes.
