ETCO R&D developed a stamped metal terminal for small engines. The goal was to provide a more reliable connector that uses less metal and smaller boots to save you money while providing a tighter connection. 

Then we tested the new product against typical coil spring terminals.

ETCO R&D assembled both a coil spring terminal tacked to wire and our new small engine terminal crimped to wire to measure the amount of force required to separate each type of terminal.
