ETCO Introduces EDGE Series Wire Terminal Applicators that are Fully Adjustable for Wire up to 10 AWG

ETCO Incorporated has introduced a new series of wire applicators for crimping terminals onto wire up to 10 AWG that are rugged, easy to use, and also offered with a full press.

ETCO EDGE Series Applicators feature solid unibody construction and provide tool-less wire and insulation crimp height dial adjustments to let users crimp virtually any type of terminal onto wire up to 10 AWG. Built for fast throughput and consistent repeatable operation, multiple cam options allow these applicators to be used in bench presses as well as semi- and fully automatic cut, strip, and terminate applications.

Equipped with a precision adjustable mechanical feed system, ETCO EDGE Series Applicators offer a pneumatic feeding distance up to 2”. Multiple tool options include edge and coin trimming of the terminals and ETCO offers customers a single source for terminals, applicators, and presses matched to their specific production requirements.

ETCO EDGE Series Applicators are priced from $3,350.00, depending upon model. These products will be on display at the Electrical Wire Processing Expo, Booth #1026, May 17 & 18, 2023 in Milwaukee, WI.
