A line of wire terminal applicators that can be customized with tooling to fit all popular termination styles and easily adapt to changing production requirements is available from ETCO Incorporated of Warwick, Rhode Island.

ETCO Custom Applicators can be designed for use with automatic and manual bench presses for use with wire up to 4 AWG and terminals from Tyco/AMP, Faston, Molex, and many other suppliers. Helping customers improve through-put and meet changing production requirements, these custom applicators can be built to accommodate any style of terminal that users are running.

Capable of up to 5,000 parts per hour throughput, depending upon applicator and part complexity, ETCO Custom Applicators can handle terminals ranging from 0.006″ through 0.060″ thick and tooling is available for females, males, right angle flags, and rings, spades, and hooks.
