The ETCO Corporation is manufacturing more than 450 Pancon terminals in ETCO’s automated US plants. When Pancon phased out production in its manufacturing facilities in Massachusetts and California, ETCO purchased many of Pancon’s dies.
This allows ETCO to serve the production needs of former Pancon customers and help minimize any disruption to manufacturing schedules. ETCO’s 1,800 standard products complement most of Pancon’s product line, and ETCO’s ability to engineer custom products enables ETCO to meet almost any product need.
ETCO has over 140 Pancon ring terminals. These terminals can be used in a variety of manufacturing applications. Multiple stud hole, wire range, metal, insulation range and stock thickness variations exist.
ETCO manufactures over 150 Pancon spade terminals. These terminals can be used in a variety of manufacturing applications. Custom versions of these products are also available. Multiple wire range, metal, insulation range and stock thickness variations exist.
Pancon U-Band Splices by ETCO are designed for making in-line connections and butt splices with solid and/or stranded U-Bands create a stronger connection than soldering. They are offered in a full range of sizes for combined wires ranging from 200 to 12,800 circular mills. Made from nickel plated steel, tinned high brass, and high brass, splices are supplied on reels for making a wide variety of different types of connections.
Supplied in phosphor bronze, ETCO can manufacture similar products with multiple wire range, metal, insulation range and stock thickness variations.
ETCO manufactures over twenty Pancon in-line female disconnect terminals. Custom versions of these products are also available. Multiple wire range, metal, insulation range and stock thickness variations exist.

ETCO manufatures Pancon receptacles in Brass, Tinned Brass and Pre-tinned Beryllium Copper. The mating parts are pins corresponding in terms of diameter measurement.
ETCO manufactures over a dozen Pancon flag style disconnects that are used where space is an issue and a full length disconnect wouldn’t fit.
Pancon Stationary Male Disconnects are manufactured with several style bases and different size mounting holes and Blade angles all depending on the application that they are used in. This product line mates with ETCO’s .110 , .187 , and .250 width sizes Female Disconnects.
Pancon Stationary Female Disconnects are manufactured with several style bases and different size mounting holes and Blade angles all depending on the application that they are used in. This product line mates with ETCO’s .110 , .187 , and .250 width sizes of Male Disconnects.
